The car bomb detonator from Brian De Palma’s crime drama film “Scarface”. Alberto the Shadow (Marc Margolis) was sent with Tony to New York to assassinate a journalist who was threatening to expose Sosa's illegal activities. However, upon learning that the journalist had his family with him, Tony tells Alberto to call off the hit. However, Alberto refuses to do so and insists on going through with it. Before Alberto could detonate the bomb, Tony kills him. The detonator is made of metal and chrome and features a white base with red and silver functional buttons and a telescopic antenna at the top. The item is in overall good condition aside from minor signs of production wear. This is one of two that was used in production after the electronic components failed in the other “detonator” box. Approx. 6.5” x 5” x 3”. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Studio Auctions.
